Employees of YUL received new knowledge
Training is an integral part of the development of every employee. During October-November, our colleagues were able to go through three interesting trainings to gain new knowledge and skills for daily work. The trainer was an experienced and successful business trainer, Oksana Grabar.
The first training taught us time management, because time is our most valuable resource, and its correct use can change our lives. From reducing stress to increasing productivity, attendees delved into tools that can revolutionize your daily routine.
The ability to think critically helps not to be manipulated, not to believe fakes, and to make informed decisions. The next training was devoted to critical thinking. As always, with the help of Oksana Grabar, we gained new knowledge, learned to highlight the main points, analyze situations from both a positive and negative point of view, as well as make informed decisions and effectively solve and defend them.
And in the final session, employees learned how to solve problems that we face every day and in any situation. The trainer explained and showed how to effectively analyze the problem, find solutions, and not just focus and make quick decisions.
