On Vyshyvanka Day, YUL unfurled a 10-meter Ukrainian flag
On the third Thursday of May in Ukraine, Vyshyvanka Day is already traditionally celebrated. This year it fell on May 18.
On this day, YUL employees traditionally wore embroidered shirts to work. But this year it's a special day for them, as YUL turns 20! Also on this occasion, the workers of the plant unfurled a 10-meter Ukrainian flag to testify the unification with all of Ukraine and all Ukrainians in different parts of the world, and to proudly declare that Ukrainians are a free people of an independent state.
