Yazaki Ukraine visits Slovak-Ukrainian Business Forum

On November 7, the big Slovak-Ukrainian Business Forum was held in Kosice, Slovakia. This time, it brought together more than 120 companies, serving as a platform for strengthening ties and cooperation between government agencies and businesses.

As another step towards an enhancedbilateral dialogue, the meeting led to the resolution of many important issues; particularly ones that war-torn Ukraine has been struggling with. It included a cooperation for energy stability, the launch of a new Kyiv-Bratislava train that allows Ukrainians to return home, the expansion of capacity at border crossing points as well as EU business support programs. All of this will also positively impact YUL.

According to Yulia Svyrydenko, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy of Ukraine, Slovakia is not just a neighbor, but a friend and partner; she said their cooperation benefitted both the people and the economies.
