President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy keeps a close eye on his country’s economy: On October 30, he and Yulia Svyrydenko, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy of Ukraine, met with business representatives at a company’s production site in Zakarpattia. From Yazaki EMEA, Jozef Polak, Plant Manager YUL, and Alla Kovach, Deputy for Plant Manager, participated.
The President of Ukraine emphasized how important it is that companies and employees stay in Ukraine. This preserves jobs and helps the country remain stable. He also discussed support for enterprises, loan programs and energy supply issues with the audience.
The business representatives voiced their questions to the country’s leadership. This encompassed hiring internally displaced persons, given a certain “personnel hunger” and healthy competition for employees, increasing the number of reservations for employees from mobilization, expanding the capacity of crossing points, and much more.
At the end of the meeting, the President thanked all those who support the whole of Ukraine with their work.
