YAZAKI Bulgaria is 100% owned by Yazaki Corporation. The business activity of the company in Bulgaria started in 2006 and is related to production of wire harnesses for the automotive industry, with main clients Renault, Ford and Daimler.
With its three plants in Yambol, Sliven and Dimitrovgrad, Yazaki Bulgaria is one of the biggest employers in Bulgaria, with around 5.500 employees as of 2017.
The first plant of YAZAKI Bulgaria in the country is in the town of Yambol, Southeast Bulgaria, with official opening done in 2007. The plant has 15.500 sq.m of production area.
The second plant of YAZAKI in Bulgaria was opened in the town of Sliven, again in Southeast Bulgaria, in 2012. It has 7.400 sq.m of production area.
The newest plant of YAZAKI in Bulgaria opened in 2017 and is situated In Krepost village, between the towns of Dimitrovgrad and Haskovo. With production area of 19.000 sq.m it`s the biggest plant of the company in Bulgaria.

On 26th September, YAZAKI opened a new factory in Šabac, Serbia. The factory will produce electronic components for OEM trucks that will be exported to the European market
