Yazaki cares for the environment. We use and employ measures designed to lessen our business’s impact on the world around us. Our Pan-European transport concept includes the reduction of inbound truck traffic through the combination of returnable packaging and inbound components. These standardised processes result in lower CO2 emissions per purchased value.
Both inbound and outbound transport is managed through our transport company web portal which is used for planning purposes, tracking and tracing as well as KPI measures (Yazaki, supplier and hauler performance) and optimisation of route efficiency.
